「It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price.」

「This was the best accommodation that we had in our whole two weeks in the UK. The owners are absolutely lovely and amazing, the dinner was divine, the breakfast was very tasty and the setting of the lighthouse right at the coast is absolutely stunning. 「Excellent in every respect. Superbly friendly with a responsive and caring host. Room first class with comfortable beds & ample towels. Lovely setting. High class food. Only minor issue is breakfast is only served after 08.30 - not ideal if you want an early start.」
