"couldn't seem to get our heater to throw out heat. finally after turning off and on again got it to work. second morning we woke up and room was freezing cold. discovered that the window trim was broken and cold air was pouring in and over powering any heat. notified the desk on departure."

We found it exceptionally clean, well stocked with needed essentials, and well-appointed to handle our party of four adults and two kids. "We’ve stayed her before and never had any issues, and the service is always stellar. Our rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was so kind and patient when we needed more towels in the evening; the assistant general manager whom checked us in was very professional and kind; the concierge that checked us out at the end of the day was a peach! I always recommend this hotel in Holland because I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s so clean and the breakfast is also very generous. Before I forget, Sharkee’s is also a great restaurant and bar with top tier service. In all seriousness, I give this specific Hampton Inn higher than 5 stars.
