Not what I expected when I booked our room. Heavy smell in hallways and elevator. Our room door was not secured and we couldn’t lock it. That was fixed with my husband’s help.First day we complained about clogged bathroom sink and nothing was done even they promised us that will be checked and fixed.

The smell of smoke is overwhelming when you walk in the hallway and room which triggered an asthma attack. The BIG boxer dog nextdoor barked non-stop. You can clearly hear everyone’s conversations while in a separate room. Absolutely no privacy.

Not worth it

Employee was outside smoking while I walked right past her to go check in. In the room, the air conditioner was VERY loud to the point we had to shut it off. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The full size fridge was nice, and the room was clean though.

Great location and price. Rooms had nice kitchen but it and the bathroom were not clean/well functioning. The kitchen fridge was dirty/unclean and the batgroom shower didnt turn off all the way, which resulted in rust/dirty looking tub. Also, there was damage around the air/heat unit from mositure.

There was a strong smell of weed in the room that was very disgusting. The room was very clean other than that and I did feel safe, so I’m grateful for that, but I had no idea that there would be no smoke de machine at this facility nor any coffee. I would have appreciated knowing that before booking the room.

Property was faily clean. The wall was dirty behind the sink in the kichtenet. I was disappointed there was no coffee maker or pans or kitchen supplies available. A coffee maker is a must have. I liked the laminate flooring and bigger tv. There was lost of channels to choose from.

Totally a very nice stay. More information on light switches as it was 2nd day before we figured out we could not have all or none of the lights on . Also would be a good idea to update to handheld showers. I was unable to shower while I was there as my hair was as professionally done before I came and I had no control to keep water off my hair.

The pictures online were not of the room we had. The bed was not centered and close to the wall, no nightstand on that side. 2 small very flat pillows, not a good night’s sleep.Toilet was dirty, carpet felt sticky. Would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Not the place to extrnded stay.

The beds were like sleeping on a pull out couch. They were metal framed with no box spring there was nothing to cook with, no utensils, no pots, no pans, and this was the kitchennet. And what they said was they had no way to disaffect it. So they didn't have nothing for you to use. But it really makes no sense, considering it's just like being at home, but obviously not.

We booked a room with 2 double beds. They gave us a room with one double for one adult and two teens. No one gave us any options to help us, no manager on site at all. Expedia’s customer service was also terrible and couldnt help until they spoke to a manager at the hotel-there wasnt one, they also were not able to find us another hotel after over two hours on the phone. We had to buy an air mattress because we were stuck hours from home. A manager never came to apologize or speak to us or fix the problem. There was no hot water Friday night or Sunday morning. My child got locked in the bathroom because of a faulty door handle. There were smears on the walls and holes and the one bed we had had hard sheets and a hard mattress. If we had any other options we would have obviously left. The hotel clerk said it was Expedias failt for booking rooms that they did not have, Expedia was not helpful in resolving the situation.
