Das Bett hatte eine Durchgehende Matratze was sich beim schlafen als schlecht erwiesen hatte. Eine Außenbeleuchtung funktioniert nur wenn man es geschafft hat die Tür zur Unterkunft zu öffnen, im dunkeln , dann findet man auch einen Lichtschalter .Die Außentemperatur war gestern höher als die Innenraum Temperatur. "Die Wohnung war bitter kalt. Obwohl wir am 25.12 um 16 Uhr dort angehalten haben um zu informieren das wir erst später in die Wohnung kommen werden. Und würde die Schlüsselbox gezeigt. Als wir später Abends in die Wohnung kamen, war diese bitter bitter kalt und trotzdem wir die Heizkörper auf volle Kanone gestellt haben wurden diese nicht wirklich warm bzw heiß.Wir haben Kontakt aufgenommen (Email Verlauf liegt vor) und uns schlug eine Trotzreaktion entgegen. Nach meiner Buchung kontaktierte ich den Vermieter und teilte nochmal mit, dass ich Rollstuhlfahrerin bin und fragte, ob ein Duschstuhl vorhanden sei. Ich bekam Antwort, dass man einen Duschstuhl in die Dusche stellen werde. Nach Ankunft war erstmal alles ok.
