"Modern hotel in old town. Outstanding base for exploring the Black Forest."

"Nice hideaway for some relaxing time "

"All clean, both indoor and out door pools very warm and open for use. Food choices basic but no other choice locally, but is was good and well presented etc. no complaints and enjoyed our stay"

"Nice Hotel and staff"

"in hornberg...a ways from triberg....very nice small hotel...and a great resturant next door run by the same people who run the hotel...ate dinner 2 of 3 nights and the food was good both times...highly recomend"

"It was a really good stay.I can say the best part ever😁."

"Easy access by vehicle, and not too far to walk to the main plaza area in town. Breakfast was delicious. Sad there was no hot tub, but overall there was everything we needed."

"Amazing breakfast and lovely rooms"

"L'hôtel ne correspond pas à la plaquette de présentation en particulier pour tout ce qui concerne l'accueil particulièrement (nous derangions manifestement) et les repas outrageusement chers pour une qualité très médiocre . Il est anormal que nous n'ayons pu obtenir de la personne à l'accueil le détail des extras qu'il nous a fait payer."

"Loved this place very peaceful location. The building is a little older but that's part of its charm. The view is stumming. The host is wonderful. Would of loved to stay here longer."

"This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two"

"Lovely garden terrace for drinks and dinner. Very helpful staff and beautiful location"

"the room is spacious with a balcony with Mountain View. really nice stay."

"This is an exceptional property in the beautiful Black Forest. It is a newer property with good sized comfortable rooms, an exceptional breakfast, and great hiking within steps of the hotel. I also appreciated how close it was to the train station. Highly recommend."

"Stayed a couple of times (4 years apart). Great place which I'm sure I'll stay at again.Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast."
