Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. "Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen."

Total ruhig und eine entspannte Atmosphäre.Leider ist die Wohnung an sich in einem Zustand, der dringend überholt werden müsste. Es riecht beim Betreten schon im Flur sehr "feucht". In der Wohnung selbst herscht, dem Thermostat zu urteilen, eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit von bis zu 82%. (...schimmel?) Die Bettwäsche müsste dringend mal getauscht werden, die...

Alle Wasserhähne (Miniküche und Bad) waren wohl vom Baumarkt und nicht so gut im Schuss.Für mich alleine war die Miniküche im Schrank und der sehr kleine Esstisch ok, für zwei Personen definitiv nicht so prickelnd.Das Internet funktionierte nahezu garnicht, der Fernseher deshalb auch nur sehr eingeschränkt benutzbar.Die Lage war super, viele Ziele mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.Würde ich vielleicht wieder buchen."
