The ground floor features a living/dining room with a separate WC, digital TV, and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, also with access to the terrace. There is an additional separate WC on this level. The lower ground floor houses a lounge with two sofa beds and air conditioning, as well as a shower/WC. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and air conditioning, with access to the terrace and swimming pool; another with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning; and a third with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, accompanied by a shower/WC.
