  • In Nerja, the holiday home “Nerja Capistrano Villa” is located in a beautiful complex with 24 hour security and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with the family. The complex boasts beautiful gardens and paths, fountains as well as a pool with a bar and a restaurant. The 2-storey house with a sea and mountain view consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable television, children’s books and toys and a highchair. A crib for an infant (shown in the pictures of the property) is available for free. An extra crib and bed are also available for a fee – the price depends on the number of nights guests book (please contact the homeowner for more information about this). In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. Relax on the sun loungers in the garden and lose yourself in a good book. In the evening, enjoy delicious meals on the furnished terrace. In the complex, you will also find a shared outdoor area with a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Next to the building there is also a tennis court which can be used for an extra fee. Within a 10-minute walk you will reach restaurants, cafes and bars, the nearest supermarket is located just a 2-minute walk away (160 m) and a bus stop is just on front of the building. Burriana beach awaits your visit a 21-minute walk away (1.7 km) and Playa de Calahonda and Balcón de Europa can be reached on foot in 28 minutes (2.3 km).



    Parking spaces are available in the complex, however, there are limited spaces which are delegated on a first come first serve basis. Pets are allowed. The pool is open during the summer season (normally March - September, however, please contact the homeowner to know exact opening times). Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

    The owner provides a shuttle service that needs to be arranged with them directly, once the booking has been made.

Pros: El apartamento es precioso, decorado con gusto, con todo tipo de utensilios, enseres, toallas... Limpísimo. Espacios muy amplios. El jardín privado, con hamacas y ducha es fantástico. La piscina comunitaria está genial. Está un poco lejos de las playas pero si dispones de coche son 5-10 minutos. Los dueños-anfitriones son encantadores, pendientes de todo a través de WhatsApp. Una estancia perfecta, totalmente recomendable.

Heerlijk huis, voelde meteen goed aan. Goede locatie.

Pros: De indeling, de mooie locatie en de verschillende mogelijkheden om een plekje te vinden om te zitten. Het huis is lekker ruim. Cons: Eigenlijk een paar kleine dingen. Er waren enkele mankementen toen wij aankwamen. Daarbij moet ik aangeven dat er (wij kwamen in het weekend aan) de maandag meteen actie is ondernomen door de host en het meeste netjes is opgelost. Dus eigenlijk heel goed gegaan.

Jättefint hus med fantastiskt läge, dock vissa brister.

Pros: Huset ligger i ett fantastiskt fint område med vy utöver staden och havet. Stora rejäla rum. Cons: Information kring incheckning, parkering, wifi och diverse förhållningsregler saknades helt. Sängarna var väldigt dåliga, hårda och skrangliga. Den sk dubbelsängen (smal) var bäddad med plastskydd. Huset var väldigt fint men belysningen var hemsk. Ingen mysbelysning alls förutom i badrummet där man väldigt gärna hade haft bättre belysning. Endast två relativt små badhanddukar erbjöds (förutom pool-handdukarna), så man skulle behövt ta med egna handdukar.

Lovely villa in Capistrano village

Great location if you enjoy a walk. We do so it was ideal for us and we enjoyed the 20 minute walk into town. We had a couple of minor issues but these were quickly sorted out. One massive bedroom and one quite small one (ideal for kids). Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Great garden space with bbq. Many English to channels so we were able to watch the football but the lounge would perhaps benefit from a larger (smart) but a minor issue. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Pros: Wir waren 5 Woche dort. Tolles Haus in einer tollen Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Sehr nette Verwalterin, die zwar nur spanisch sprach - aber mit Google Übersetzer ging alles. Leider war das Haus nach 5 Wochen wieder belegt, so dass wir nicht verlängern konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schön!

Wir waren im August 2021 hier. Alles hat gepasst. Das Haus ist schön und super ausgestattet. Capistrano ist eine schöne, ruhige und gepflegte Anlage mit herrlichen mediterranen Pflanzen, wir haben jeden Abend unsere Spaziergänge sehr genossen. Miriam (danke) war immer erreichbar und ganz unkompliziert für uns da.. Ein echt toller Mercado ist gleich unterhalb, 5 min zu laufen. Kleiner Nachteil: Wer im Hochsommer an den Strand will findet dort so gut wie keine Parkplätze. Fazit: gerne wieder!
