Ocean Shores, 5 27 Weatherly Close - waterfront unit with views to Shoal Bay and wifi
Walk 40 metres across the beautiful, grassed reserve to the white sands and crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach, once there you can lay back and enjoy the calm serenity around you. A few minutes’ walk takes you to Little Beach which boasts a fantastic children's playground with free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and the infamous Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and bar. Little Beach also has a takeaway fish & chips shop and boat ramp.
Unit 5 has an open plan living/ dining area with comfortable furnishings, this area opens out onto the balcony where you can sit back and cook up a feast on the gas BBQ or sit back and watch the world go by.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge / freezer, coffee pod machine and stone benchtops. The internal laundry flows from the kitchen and is equipped with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The owners also provide a port-a-cot and booster seat to cater for children.
The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity, for added convenience there is also a second separate toilet. Both bedrooms have sheets, bed making and bath towels for your convenience, ceiling fans to make your stay comfortable and a wall mounted TV in the main bedroom.
Secure single garage space and limited off-street visitor car space is also available.
Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both only a quick five-minute drive away. You can find boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants at both locations. Or if you are looking for a bistro meal then West Diggers Club is only a ten-minute walk away.

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
