"I booked a 3 nights stay for a conference in Eilat. Had a really hard time with the management of the hotel as I asked to add another guest to the room. It somehow fell between the cracks and the management made no efforts at all to resolve this issue. I got a renovated room. It was convenient and nicely designed. The food is ok, but I was expecting more from an Isrotel hotel in this price. The AC didn't work since on February it works only on heat, but it was hot in Eilat... To summarize, it's...
