Beautiful grassy property with lots of wildlife, central to Guilderton- the Moore river estuary, seabird and GinGin.
Relax and enjoy the serenity of our property or explore the stunning coastline less then 20 mins away.
Please note there is a shower and hand basin in the barn, toilets are situated in another building approximately 10m away. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed
And the second room has 2 sets of bunks containing 1 double bed and 3 singles
There is also an additional shower situated in the toilet block, We also have a few campsites located on our property perfect for additional friends to join your holiday🥰other patrons have access to the separate toilet & shower block. We are generally a quiet tranquil paradise, but if you book on a long weekend or holiday season it is our busiest times of the year so the property will be a buzz of excitement. For peace and quiet please book outside these periods. Unfortunately due to council regulations there are NO PETS Allowed. (certified assistant animals excluded you’ll be asked to provide proof of this.) if you arrive with a pet you’ll be asked to take it home ,if you choose to cancel because of this,no refunds will be given. We do our best to provide you with an enjoyable experience, please remember this is our home and we have opened it up to you.
