Newly renovated 3000 sq. foot house on the lake. On a private road 2 houses away from a park. Main floor has a mud/laundry room with washer and dryer. Half bath leading into the open concept dining, living and kitchen with a gas fireplace breakfast hearth, with views of the lake. Wifi and cable television.
Downstairs guest suite with a queen sized bed with tv. Bonus game room upstairs with a mini pool table and tv with streaming channels of Disney + and Amazon Prime Video. 2nd floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twins, with a nearby bathroom with a tub/shower. 2nd floor master suite with a king sized bed, flat screen tv, sofa sleeper and a gorgeous glass tiled shower.
Sunrise views with sunset after glow off the Niagara escarpment across the lake on the Eastern Shore. Grand views down the expanse of the lake.
Fishing opportunities abound both summer and winter including the sturgeon season in February. Close to the amenities of the Fox Valley with the quiet peace of a beachfront cove.
Just miles from High Cliff State Park. Many options for hiking, biking snowmobiling, snow shoeing, skiing, ice fishing and tubing nearby. Orchards and farms nearby for apple and pumpkin picking in fall. Several local breweries and many options for lakeside dining. Several area wine tasting rooms and wineries. Friday fish fry's, supper clubs and cheese curds!
Performing Arts Theatre and Opera house with many museums 15 minutes in either direction. Green Bay Packers Stadium 45 minutes North.
Landscaping is complete.

We had a great stay and would come back! This is a wonderful lake house for our 3-couple getaway. It is very nicely furnished, the kitchen is well equipped, and the large great room with dining and seating areas is a nice social center.

Did not disappoint

This lake resort home is absolutely beautiful. There is enough space for everybody to spread out, but also still enjoy activities together. We were thrilled about the easy access to the water and spent many hours kayaking, paddle boarding and floating in the lake. You will be lucky to get to stay here.

The home was very good but...the listing had shown and talked about a pier on the water. There was no pier. They also told us there would be paddle boards. The paddle boards were there but only one broken paddle stick, so we couldn't use them. The ladder ball set had a missing leg. The garage was another matter. It was a gigantic pile of water sport, outdoor game, yard equipment items. We had to dig through all the mess to try and find items to use. We had originally wanted to bring our boat but we were told the lake was a nature lake. Well, with the jet skis and boats that were all around us in the water, that was confusing.

Beautiful, relaxing getaway!

The area was perfect. The home is right on the lake in a secluded area yet just minutes from a grocery store, McDonald’s etc. The waves of Lake Winnebago lapping the shore made me feel like I was at the beach and there was a breeze in the evening. There were lake toys like kayaks and tubes and life jackets. The home was very nicely decorated with all new appliances. We wanted to stay forever!

Great location

This property was the perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed all the property had to offer. Having fun in the game room playing games and loved the pool table. We also took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. It was so convenient and even had life vests for guest use. We used the bbq grill and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake!

The best home available on Lake Winnebago

This home was everything our three families and two dogs required. Very spacious and a seperate bathroom for each. The 2nd floor master bedroom was outstanding. Lakeshore access was perfect for our two young grandkids and our dogs. Thanks Nicole for your welcome gift and your immediate responses to our questions. We are hoping the home is available next year since it’s perfect for our family.

Convenient location with plenty of space!

Great location for a basecamp for a Packer weekend. Much more affordable than anything in the Green Bay area and only a short drive to the stadium. The home itself is spectacular with a ton of room for people to hang out.

Avoid owner

Owner didn’t clean leaves off of steps of property so had to remove them myself for safety. Water was recently turned on causing foul smelling water to spray out of faucets onto clothes. The water was undrinkable due to smell (would have liked warning). Placemats were on table the entire stay and after the stay the owners charged for a new $5200 table claiming damage from a burn that was located under a placemat. Seems very strange table got burned under placemats when nothing hot was placed on placemat? Owner was very unpleasant to communicate with. Avoid renting from this owner.

Hometown vist

This house is excellent all remodeled. Great for family and friend gatherings and to enjoy the lake, swim or paddle board if you want to. And it also allows pets and our yellow labs love swimming. Great location for out of towners who want to see hometown classmates.

Wonderful weekend getaway

We were looking for a weekend getaway with our neighbors to extend our summer and were thrilled to find this house in Neenah. We had four adults, four kids, and two dogs and had plenty of space. The house was well stocked, super clean, and in a great location. Nicole, the host, was super communicative, and left us the sweetest welcome treats. We hope to be back!

Great vacation spot with everything!

This property is great and we plan to be back! The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms well appointed for kids in one room and two rooms for adults with extra beds to spare! Great location right on the lake and great perks with paddle board and kayak for water play! So clean!

Perfect for Our Family Reunion
