This beautiful Gulf-front property is located on the 12th floor of Caribbean Resort / Navarre Beach. It features floor to ceiling windows for the full beach experience, heated pool and two hot tubs. The unit is directly on the beach and the well furnished balcony looks out over the emerald green water and sugar white sand.

Primary Ensuite 1: The first primary ensuite features a king bed full bath with step in shower, smart tv, walk in closet, balcony access and gulf views

Primary Ensuite 2: The second primary ensuite (lockout or mother in law suite) has a king bed, attached full bath with a tub/shower combo, kitchenette with an extra refrigerator, coffee maker, large closet, seperate heat/cooling system and smart tv. This unit has water views of the north, Santa Rosa Sound and has a seperate exterior door for privacy (optional).

Guest Bedroom: Guest bedroom offers two full-size beds + tv, large closet and shared hall bathroom

You will find a well equipped kitchen that has been recently remodeled with all new luxury appliances including an under counter ice maker for additional ice during your stay. This is attached to the comfortable living room with seating for eight and smart TV + views of the Gulf.

Guests will enjoy a dining table + seating at the kitchen bar for up to 8 guests.

New, large capacity, washer/dryer are in the unit and 8 beach towels are provided for guest use.

This home is fully equipped with all bed and bath linens, a fully furnished kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all small appliances including coffee makers and hair dryers in each bathroom.

The second king ensuite (lockout or mother in laws suite) has a kitchenette with an EXTRA refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and cookware/dishes/utensils.

Things to Know
-Maximum capacity is 8 at all times, including infants and children
-No parties or large gatherings
-No pets are allowed
-No smoking inside or on the balcony
-Beach service included March through October (2 chairs + 1 umbrella set daily). Guest can purchase more on site.
-Pool and large hot tub are heated to 83 degrees: Thanksgiving (week before and after), Dec 15 - Jan 1, March 1 - April 15 / small hot tub is heated all year. Pool and hot tubs are maintained by the building management and every effort is made to ensure that they are property maintained. Refunds will not be issued if the pool or hot tubs must be closed for maintenance.
-Maximum 2 car parking limit, parking passes are required and provided upon arrival
-No boats, RVs, golf carts or trailers allowed on site.
-Front door is monitored by RING doorbell camera
-An e-signed rental agreement is required, listing all guests
-Host does not accept AFFIRM as a form of payment
