「Staff was super friendly and helpful. Carpet in room had a sticky area, brought it their attention and it was cleaned before we returned. Ice machine and water fountains need a good scrubbing to get rid of mold and hard water build up. Carpets (in room and hallways) all need to be deep cleaned and or replaced. Breakfast was hot with many options. However they only had decaf coffee available.」

「Lovely property in a rural setting with space to wander. Happy ducks and chickens will greet you and even eat out of your hands if you’d like them to. Clean and pretty rooms with lots of extras like robes and Netflix and snacks. Great place to stay if you have family in the nearby hospital or if you need a getaway!」

「We had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites in McHenry, Illinois. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every part of the property felt well-maintained and welcoming. The amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the lobby mini market stocked with snacks, drinks, and basic toiletries, the fresh ice water available for guests, the comfortable lounge seating, and even the TVs near the elevators, which were a nice touch. 「Room had spiders/webs in corner, toilet seat was not fully screwed to toilet, extremely small TV had picture 3-4 inches smaller than screen, door to porch had foggy glass, paint/cement on porch was all peeling. We decided to leave and drive home after supper.」
