Everything was wonderful, staff, the car service, breakfast, vicinity of hotel, metro (although, we didn't use; it's right outside the front door) etc. I traveled with my 13-year old daughter and it was situated in a safe location. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sofia!"
