"This isn't a 5* hotel nor is it trying to be! A beautiful Inn, freshly renovated with a great vibe. The staff and food can be described as exceptional. I understand how the reviews are so good and I'm happy to add to them."

"The cottage was lovely. It had no Wi-Fi or 4g signal so planning the next days agenda was impossible until you drove out of the site. Also apart from the on site bar (the staff were wonderful) there was no where to walk easily to get something to eat. "

"Communal areas in the hotel were stylish, comfortable and immaculately kept.
Staff are an asset, absolutely every single one of them appeared to want to be there and make your stay as special as possible.
Breakfast was lovely, great choice, local produce and all freshly prepared.
We stayed in a "Cosy Double" - room 10 - we knew it would be small (and it really was) so I can't really complain about that but I have to say it wasn't very well kept. There was a horrid smell of bleach which didn't really go the whole 2 nights we were there and the furnishings felt tired and grubby - the carpet was stained and the vanity chair was so stained we actually removed it from the room.
This said, we would 100% stay at the hotel again, but would choose a different room."
"Staff are amazing and so accommodating! We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teen n 1 child) plus our Husky. It was perfect for all of us, our dog even got a little welcome box with treats and a toy. He's not great with other dogs but the staff really worked to help him be apart of our break, we had no issues. I honestly can't recommend enough "
"Cannot praise everyone enough, from the moment we got there till when we left everyone was so helpful and welcoming, got upgraded to seaview room which was lovely, and bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cannot wait to come back again"
