"This hotel is close to the California Ave cable car stop so it is easy to get around the city. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our go to hotel when we are in the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and parking is secure. When we stayed last November we were relieved to see the city seemed to be cleaned up a bit. Unfortunately that was short lived. Many homeless and drugged out people lying around right outside of the hotel. Streets smelled of urine and feces on the sidewalk. We had hoped San Francisco was getting a handle on this problem but it looks like it is right back to where it was a few years ago. Probably won’t be headed there again any time soon."

"The workout room and pool were great features. The pool area was nice to hang out in at the end of the day."

"Room was clean, but common areas were consistently messy. The common areas are a fun amenity for those looking to work a remote 9-5 from there, but if you plan on using them I’d prepare to clean up your own area (BYO cleaning wipes). Rooms are small but efficient enough. Gym is better than expected, and definitely a highlight."

"The only negative is paper thin walls so unfortunately although it’s a great location, I got no sleep whatsoever. You can hear everything from the people next-door and People above as well."
