It's a very good place to stay at, had everything I needed. If you have an early tour in the morning they provide a takeaway breakfast. A laundry service is available too. The staff were very helpful.

Highly recommend!! Great place to stay, central location, big rooms with nice shower & loads of hot water, hotel owner absolutely superb, & makes your stay a real home from home.

Had a great time in Puerto Natales partly thanks to the friendly staff at Don Guillermo. The hostal is very well located, close to town center, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Rooms are comfortable/clean, good shower/toilet facilities, kitchen & dinning facilities and a good sense of privacy.

The room has very thin walls making it absolutely not private I could literally hear everything that was going on outside and the room next to me. The wall behind my bed was peeling off. The room was awfully small. The showers were disgusting

Accommodations were fairly comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. But, would not stay there again. Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room.

Breakfast is good and the Star very helpful. Shower is also great; hot and pressure. The only point is about the room that doesnt have any place to Store the Clothes.

This a very simple hotel with no frills. The greatest inconvenience is that there is a thin courtain so rooms have no privacy. Also light comes right through, so in summer this will make it hard for you to sleep.

Boa localização. Estacionamento na rua (seguro). Quarto grande (o nosso tinha uma cama extra). A única FALHA foi não termos recebido o nosso café da manhã no segundo dia. Como os passeios saem muito cedo, antes do horário de início do café no hotel, são preparados "kits para viagem". No segundo dia, apesar da nossa solicitação, não foi feito e ficamos sem a alimentação.

On Expedia it says they have check in until 11pm but when we arrived at 10:30pm the owner said he had been waiting and almost left. He said they finish check-in at 10pm. The beds and room was clean. The men’s showers was overflowing into the hallway and the hallways echo a lot. We kissed breakfast since it doesn’t start until 8am , which isn’t ideal for early flights or trips.
