Had a great time in Puerto Natales partly thanks to the friendly staff at Don Guillermo. The hostal is very well located, close to town center, supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Rooms are comfortable/clean, good shower/toilet facilities, kitchen & dinning facilities and a good sense of privacy.

Very impressed with the service provided at this hostal. They were very accomodating in providing us with complimentary breakfast lunch-style boxes for us to have when we were unable to attend breakfast at their usual hours.

Accommodations were fairly comfortable and clean with a nice breakfast. But, would not stay there again. Rooms are down a long hallway and the windows are covered only with a see-through sheer roller curtain-so absolutely no privacy, and a little creepy. As anyone walking down the hall has a view into your room.

On Expedia it says they have check in until 11pm but when we arrived at 10:30pm the owner said he had been waiting and almost left. He said they finish check-in at 10pm. The beds and room was clean. The men’s showers was overflowing into the hallway and the hallways echo a lot. We kissed breakfast since it doesn’t start until 8am , which isn’t ideal for early flights or trips.

The room has very thin walls making it absolutely not private I could literally hear everything that was going on outside and the room next to me. The wall behind my bed was peeling off. The room was awfully small. The showers were disgusting

This a very simple hotel with no frills. The greatest inconvenience is that there is a thin courtain so rooms have no privacy. Also light comes right through, so in summer this will make it hard for you to sleep.

Lovely front staff but the room and facilities were not good. The room was tiny and not soundproof at all. No lock on the showers so as a solo female I did not feel safe while showering.

The heater was not working. Asked the staff to fix it, it didn’t work out. There is no hair drier, no tissue box. We reserved two beds room, was given three beds, make the space feels small.
