  • Stay in the heart of Nashville at Broadway & 2nd Ave! This historic loft features exposed brick, large windows, and modern amenities. Sleeps up to 6: 2 Queens in the bedroom, 1 Queen downstairs. Full kitchen, dining table, and memory foam mattresses included. Expect ambient noise—you're in the action! Walk to Bridgestone Arena & Nissan Stadium. As the building dates to the 1800s, occasional dust may be present. We have 8 units on property, so if you have a larger party let us know!

Location good and bad

Great location if you plan to party and want to be close to everything Broadway. HORRIBLE location if you plan to sleep at all before 2 am! Band in bar downstairs in same building literally Rattled The Windows And Walls Of the building until after midnight at least. Halls are echo chambers and you hear everything like they are inside your unit. Lock on exterior building door broke on Friday...still not fixed when we left Sunday. Decor lacking in seating and function. No hooks or rods for towels in bathroom. No TP holder. So overall a 2-3 for condition of unit. It is an old building and showing it. It was fairly clean and beds were comfy.

Great property if you want to be close to Broadway. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Would definitely recommend for small groups .

Filthy

The property was filthy, immediately had to sweep the floor in to a pile of dirt, found multiple cockroaches and have pictures carpets were stains in a disgusting manor

Great location

The location couldn’t be better! I feel the unit could use some help. The rug under the coffee table was terribly stained and dirty, the throw pillows and comforter were dirty. The couch is very uncomfortable. The beds were awesome. A good scrubbing and a paint job would do wonders. As well as new throw pillows, and couch.

The Lofts

Check in and check out were very easy. The location was great for a Nissan Stadium event. Easy walk to the stadium and places to eat nearby. Beds were very comfortable. A short walk around the corner to the parking garage, but not a problem. Few minor issues (tv remote didn’t work, toilet paper holder fell off the wall, unit could have been cleaner for such a high cleaning fee, shower curtain was mildewed). Overall an ok experience. Not one of our top Vrbo stays.
