You will get to enjoy 2 individual units each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a furnished balcony with 1 reservation - the perfect stay for larger groups seeking privacy yet wanting to be close by.

Location:
Situated within strolling distance of Nashville's most iconic landmarks, Radio Stars places you at the crossroads of culture and convenience. A brief 2-block journey leads to Centennial Park, where verdant landscapes, winding pathways, and the awe-inspiring replica of the Parthenon await exploration. Beyond its historical allure, Midtown beckons with a culinary mosaic, boasting an eclectic mix of local eateries, bars, and coffee houses. For enthusiasts of Nashville's renowned music scene, the city's legendary venues and honky-tonks are a mere 5-minute ride away.

Living Areas:
Each unit offers a unique, modern design and is fully furnished to ensure both form and function. Both units have floor-to-ceiling windows in the living space, allowing natural light to fill the room during the day. Complete with Smart TVs, comfortable sofas, and private balconies, the living spaces will make you feel right at home after a long day of travel or basking in Nashville's city lights.

Kitchens:
The open-concept layout of the units places the kitchen just a few steps away from the living area, allowing guests to whip up snacks and meals with ease. Both units feature a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a kitchen island with bar seating. Whether preparing quick bites or cooking a hearty, home-flavored meal, the kitchen will be your fuel station for your Nashville adventures.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring a private retreat for everyone in the group. In Unit 1, the Primary Bedroom features a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, while the 2nd Bedroom features 2 twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Unit 2 offers an identical bed setup, with a king bed in the Primary Bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd Bedroom. Both units have additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups, with the living room sofa convertible to a pull-out bed for 2 people.

Odyssey building accommodations and amenities:
As a guest of the Odyssey, you'll enjoy exclusive access to a range of upscale amenities designed to enhance your stay. Dive into the sparkling, resort-style pool, complete with sun loungers and a BBQ grill, perfect for soaking up the sun or hosting a casual outdoor meal. Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the state-of-the-art gym, equipped with everything you need to keep up your workout routine. *Please note: The pool is open year-round, but may close due to extreme weather. Hours of operation are from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Parking:
Two vehicles per reservation. Parking is first come first serve in the attached parking garage located on the top floor.

Notes to guests and important details:
*The two units are located on different floors within the same building; Unit 1 is located on the 3rd floor while Unit 2 is located on the 5th floor. The building does have an elevator to take you to each floor.
**We offer multiple rooms for this building, each designed to provide a beautiful/comfortable place to stay. While our rooms remain consistent, the layout, size, and design may vary.
***Please note, this is an upcoming neighborhood so there is nearby construction for surrounding buildings. Depending on your length of stay and booking dates, guest may experience nearby construction noise.

Additional House Rules:
- Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
- Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
- GoodNight Stay LLC does not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.
- All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
- The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.
- GoodNight Stay is proud to offer all guests kick-start amenities for kitchens and bathrooms! Kitchen set includes: 2 dishwashing tablet, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters.
- The bathroom set is offered in each full bathroom and includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 body bar soap, 1 hand bar soap, Makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can.
- We'll also be sure to provide you with two (2) paper towel rolls per kitchen and two (2) rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom.
- Unfortunately, additional items cannot be provided if requested as these are to kick-start your stay.
- All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.
