Recently-renovated, one-bedroom condo close to downtown (Broadway), within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Decorated with country music memorabilia and farmhouse decor, all new furnishings in April 2019. Comfortable king-size bed and very comfortable state-of-the-art queen sofa bed (No bars, memory foam mattress). Well stocked with dishes,cookware, linens. Fast, secure internet.Free Parking. Washer/dryer. Pack and Play for little ones. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer and linens. The short term rental permit is: T2020018169.

The location was perfect! Walking distance from downtown, grocery stores and restaurants but a lot quieter than broadway street. The place was beautiful and charming and had everything you need. Carlos and Cheryl were 5 star hosts, very communicative and helpful! If you are staying in Nashville this is the place to be!

Perfect location

Apartment was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great woth must attractions a short uber ride away or some walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing spot, centrally located

Great space to stay that is very close to downtown with sidewalks the whole way. A lot to do in downtown and the gulch which are both under 20 minutes walking. On top of that, this place is also within 20 minutes of Vanderbilt and the park. Parking was super easy and a great convenience to have. Would say the only knock would be that the bedroom should have black out curtains as it gets very bright in the morning making it hard to sleep in. Otherwise, love the space

Great spot

35 min walk from broadway (main bar strip) but plenty close to many other restaurants, bars, and shopping. Very much enjoyed our stay. Parking under ramp was easy even with our pick up.

Girls Nashville trip

We stayed here for 4 days for our first time to Nashville and it was amazing. The location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. It was short and inexpensive Uber rides to go anywhere. The owner Carlos was so great to deal with and if we come back will never stay anywhere else

Great location, can walk just about anywhere. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. The property itself is older, so it needs a little updating, especially the pool, it was a little dirty . We had a great time

Great Location, Great Service feom Property Manager

My partner and I stayed with Carlos at this property and as property managers, we were impressed. The home was very clean and Carlos worked with me to plan a surprise for my partners birthday! Definitely a stay for the books. It was centerally located in Midtown so we were able to walk to all of our excursions and restaurants. We will be staying here again!

Nice Condo and close to many activities

The condo was just as advertised. It was very clean and decorated in a Country Music theme. The immediate surrounding area was a little sketchy, but it was within walking distance to many activities and sites. Overall, an enjoyable stay.
