This condo is very nice. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was clean. It has a great view of the city, bridge, and river. It is walking distance from downtown, approximately 15 minutes. We didn’t use the parking garage, kitchen, or gym. The only negative issues were difficulty getting in our unit and noise from the unit above. The key pad didn’t always work so it took several times to work. At one point we actually called our host to troubleshoot it. Good news was that he answered quickly and was helpful. It appeared that the unit above was also a vacation rental from the keypad (the garbage shoot on our floor was broken to see we had to use the one on the floor above us). The guests were either 300lbs and wearing cowboy boots or the sound barrier isn’t good. It was loud when they walked and it caused creaking noises in our walls.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condo with a great view of the Cumberland River and bridge. Nicely equipped. Could use some games for times when you aren’t in town. Could use a little attention the cleanliness of the master bathroom shower caulk and the other party we shared the condo with commented about the floors needing to be swept in the second master. They were quite dusty. All in all it was a great stay fit our needs very well especially to have two master bedrooms. Great for couple sharing the condo.

Kurt was so helpful prompt answering all questions. Loved the size and location. Super roomy with awesome kitchen appointments. The windows for wonderful and light were nice. It was pretty clean. Please add that a train blasts horn right below condo regularly. River VIEW was a scrap yard that runs 24hrs. Kleenex in bathrooms would be nice. The brown room touilet needs adjustments to lid and toilet paper roll holder which was almost off the wall. A screw was ready to fall out of shower controller plate.

Pros: Nice unit very close to downtown. Parking included in garage beneath building. Easy in and out with the codes for the door and the key fobs, which we really didn't use. Has just about everything you need for a nice stay. We were there over Christmas and I only had to bring a roasting pan for the turkey and an extra large pot. They had every utensil you could think of. Great water pressure in shower. Beautiful views of city and bridge, which changed colors over the holidays, very neat. Cons: Photos should be updated to show no carpet in bedrooms. Also needs a thorough cleaning. I don't think it really gets completely cleaned between rentals, probably just the linens are changed and the bathrooms are cleaned. It had not been dusted (dust and crumbs on tables and lamps) and the floors (all hard, so dirt shows much more) had not been swept/mopped. Also there was sand or something in the drawers of one of the bedrooms, so I just lined them with paper towels before putting my clothes in. I could not figure out how to use the attachment on the teeny vac they had in there. Also don't hang your towel on the bar in the shower, as the dispenser leaks shampoo onto the towels. If this unit had carpet in the bedrooms, I would stay here again. I think for the average American, this place would be clean enough. My standards are more of the 1950s era of clean, so I doubt most people would notice what I notice. Overall very nice. This was our first time using Vrbo, we are used to RCI

The property is just as pictured - absolutely lovely. Plenty of room for two couples to stay and not feel “too close for comfort”. Enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning. The amenities were great for downtime… we took advantage of the pool and the courtyard, which has a cornhole game that the husbands enjoyed. It took us 18 minutes to walk to Broadway, which was great. (We did tend to Uber home, as it is an uphill walk back :-) There are restaurants, coffee shops and a liquor store that sells snacks and water within a short walk. A great stay, would highly recommend.

Place is beautiful, location is great, amenities are awesome, pool is nice, place is well equipped, appreciated the starter coffee, parking was convenient, beds were comfortable, shower supplies was nice.Some issues and suggestions: the drain/sewer flies were annoying (we know there is an issue with all the bug light traps. Try an exterminator or a plumber) we had them in our house and we had a leaking pipe under a sink. Tub shower drains poorly, causing it to be very slippery and some type of shower mat or grip tape on bottom to prevent slipping. Some extra place to hang your towels in bathroom. A box of tissues would be a nice add. These are not complaints, just suggestions. We would stay here agian and again. Loved This Appartment and Nashville. Thank You for Everything

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a very nice place and was easy to get checked in. we enjoyed the courtyard and played some bags. The place was very clean and spacious for the 4 of us. We wanted to be close to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Less than 15 minute walk to both. Would book again.
