All amenities worked well. We paid 600/day during peak Christmas Holiday, when we felt it was worth half that price. We found batteries in the odd kitchen draw and had to change out 3 remote controls, we replaced some of the small batteries. Naples is great for eating out, if you can afford it. But, we are foodies, excellent cooks, and have dietary restrictions, so we prefer to cook (especially during holiday). We would have loved a crockpot, a stove top kettle (the electric one took a long time to heat up), and an electric beater for baking. There are a lot of rules, things we were required to do that the management company could have done themselves. Such as, turning the pool heater on and off, taking out trash & recycling, turning off sprinklers so that you can take out the trash without getting wet. The management company could have come to change the master bed sheets out when we complained about them the same day, but they did not. They suggested we buy some and they would reimburse us. Suggestions to fix: Exposed electrical wires hanging from under the cabinetry in kitchen. Matching hand, shower, washcloth towels for the master bath. New master bed sheets. Backyard landscaping & pool lights. We enjoyed our stay, huge beanbag, large showers, extra floor rugs & supplies in the garage were helpful
