The home was beautiful- It was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.We especially loved spending time by the pool and enjoyed the peaceful location while still being just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Marco Island.

This was a great house for the whole family to enjoy. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, big plus. The garage had lots of goodies available to use for the beach and pool. The beach, food stores, restaurants, bagel place, boating rentals/tours, etc. all close by, 5-minute drive. The owner, Jessica was very informative and quick to respond to any questions. Our family had a great time.

We had a wonderful time staying here as a family! The house was well stocked, clean, and set up for privacy as well as space to gather together by the pool or for a meal. Our stay at this Marco Island home was absolutely wonderful! The host was phenomenal—super responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The home itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly has everything you could need for a comfortable stay.One of the highlights was the space—everyone had their own private bathroom, which made it perfect for a group or family. The location is also a huge plus—close to the beach and great restaurants, so everything you need is right nearby.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

Wonderful, clean home in a quiet neighborhood on a canal that was perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. Kitchen was well stocked; pool and hot tub perfect. Although we didn’t need them, there were plenty of toys and helpful items for kids and babies in the garage. Host was very responsive with communications. Highly recommend:)

This was a beautiful and spacious home. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking in. The inside and outside area had ample seating for all eight of us. There were more than enough towels and beach towels. There were two washers and two dryers which was very nice having eight of us there. There were no beach chairs. We did purchase six and then leave them there for future guests. The neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. The reason I did not give five stars was because the house was not as clean as it should have been. Hairs were found in a sink in one bathroom and a shower on a used soap in another bathroom. Many of the fixtures were dusty. The stairs only appeared swept in the middle with dustballs in the corners of the stairs. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

We stayed at the property for a week as a “senior trip” for a graduation present to our daughter and her friends. There were seven of us total and the home had ample room for all of us and a couple more. We really enjoyed having an upstairs and downstairs living space to give everyone plenty of privacy and space. Every room has its own full bathroom which was fantastic. The upper level balcony is a great place to sit relax and have a nice elevated view of your surroundings. The pictures you see are what you are going to get. High end finishes. Well stocked kitchen. There’s an outdoor sink next to the grill which is extremely convenient. The host was very responsive and engaged without being pushy. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Florida getaway

The house is beautiful and just as pictured. It was very clean, had every kitchen item we needed, plenty of towels and even soap and toilet paper! We enjoyed the beautiful lanai and hot tub very much! It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walks. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jim!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

Jim’s home was a great place to relax and enjoy a vacation as a family. There was so much space to spread out, yet plenty of areas to come together. We all enjoyed the pool and the views from the dock. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom- making this a great home for both families and friends alike. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There were some issues with the cleanliness but they were addressed immediately. The wifi did not work 90% of the time which was an issue but all in all a wonderful home. The pool area is amazing and the rooms are all large and bright.

To start, Jim is awesome at communicating. The house has everything you need and some. The views are amazing, the privacy is awesome and the space is great. We only had a 4-8 min drive to our favorite spots to eat and beach. Highly recommend!

This home is beautiful! Every guest had a bathroom and comfortable beds! The home was clean and welcoming. The outdoor space was ideal for fun and relaxation. Beautiful and Spacious

We came to Marco Island for my son’s wedding. There were 9 of us plus our 20mo old granddaughter. The house was so spacious and beautiful. This house was the ideal choice for our large family vacation, offering plenty of space for everyone. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Really nice property and great stay

We come to Marco every year for our kids' spring break and stay in a different VRBO each time just for variety. This is the nicest one we've stayed in and was overall a great property. The pool and hot tub were great and the heat worked on both. The AC in the house always worked though we didn't need it much. Overall the house was nice and spacious and everyone had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner was responsive thought we didn't really need much.

Beautiful home, highly recommend!

This huge, beautiful home was an excellent choice for our group of 65 plus yr olds! So much space to spread out. Bedrooms had very comfy beds, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which is often hard to find. We really enjoyed the spa most nights, especially with the cooler weather we had. We grilled out, made breakfasts, and enjoyed eating outside. We rented bikes and were able to ride about 10 minutes to the beach, also to watch men’s softball in Winterberry Park, and to ride to breakfast at nearby restaurants! This home is perfect for a group of friends.

My family of 9 adults stayed at this property. The location is great. The home was beautiful as pictured. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Common area downstairs was very conducive to family gatherings. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was an abundance of linens and towels, and it was nice to have the little touches like bathroom sink soap, kitchen soap and other basics on hand. The outdoor area was great and the pool and the hot tub were perfect. The location is convenient to all local restaurants. The upper level balcony was perfect for amazing sunrises! We highly rec this house!
