Loved Naples
I had trouble with the lock box until we realized it was not going to unlock-that you open it to get the key lol. Pleasantly surprised at the cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. We brought our own water and coffee pot as it was only 2 of us and I am used to my tiny 2 cup cone filtered coffee. The Atari machine was fun. My dog enjoyed doing loops around the place and going down to the fishing dock. Not a long drive to the artsy 5th most laid back town in NYS Naples where everyone was friendly. Onanda park was a perfect place to exercise the dogs. Anyway nice cottage, nice value. I would stay here again.

Great location!
Cozy cabin and great location to discover the area. The area is so beautiful. Mountains and lakes and lots of wineries. Come back and relax at your home away from home!

A hidden gem!
This was our first time in the finger lakes region and we very clearly chose the correct place to stay from the moment of our booking. Ian was extremely friendly and helpful in the weeks leading up to our trip. The house was exactly as listed and even better in person. We loved all the little warm touches and details throughout the place. I loved playing on the vintage arcade machine. The hot tub was in perfect working order and tucked in the back of the house, offering privacy. While much of our time was spent exploring the wineries, breweries, and outdoor activities the region's known for, it was wonderful returning to our little oasis every evening. We would happily return to this property for our next visit to this area. Be sure to follow the path behind the property and check out a beautiful little waterfall RIGHT THERE!

Relax and rejuvenate
This cottage is very rustic, but it was perfect for us to get away and unplug for a while! The nearby lakes offered destinations to spend our days. The hot tub was a great way to forget our daily troubles.

Naples Stay
Those the house was fine. If you are looking for a secluded stay and are fine with a drive to the finger lakes, then this is your place. It was secluded which was nice. But the hot tub was not hot when we arrived, it was only luke warm. We had to turn it up, which took a day to heat up. There was only one set of towels (two) for the entire weekend. There was a laundry room apparently, attached to the house, but it was not clear we were allowed to enter this part or take the towels. There was not complementary coffee, which we know is not necessary, but we did have to drive to get coffee for the morning. The water had a significant amount of sulfur. We needed up buying and using bottled water to drink and make coffee. We understand this doesn’t bother some people, but we are not used to sulfur water. Most importantly, the listing makes it appear close* to canandaigua lake but the access is very swamp-like. It does not truly have access. This is an inlet of the lake Quite far away from the actual lake. Equally, if you are looking for lake views, even to walk to a lake view, this home does not provide this. Overall, it was clean and there was AC, which was nice in the summer. But, the home was not our favorite part of our trip!

Anniversary Weekend
Property management was great and very responsive. Enjoyed our stay and the nostalgia of playing Atari games! Perfect size for us with our golden retriever. Even had pizza delivered from a local place! We had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub amenity too?

inside nice outside not
The cleaning staff was there when we got there, so we went to town. The outside property really needs some love. Inside was clean and pleasant. small shower and we couldn't get the TV to work. There's a lot of poison ivy, so we didn't go for any walks. And we had to trim some branches coming up the driveway so our truck didn't get all marked up.

Secluded getaway
We loved the location. Plenty of privacy and a 5min drive to a friendly town to pick-up nessesities for your stay, mom and pop diners, wine tasting or Grims grove (nature trail w/waterfalls). Its a scenic hr away from Watkins Glen / Senica lake with more nature trails and waterfalls. Loads of winery's. The bathroom door still doesn't close all the way, but the hottub works fine. I would definitely recommend to any couples looking for a an extended wknd or more. We try to travel to a different place twice a yr, but we would go back to this place 2 or 3 more times. Perfect for a nice, relaxing getaway!
I ended up reserving this property kind of last minute after a previous cabin I was interested in fell through (It was another cabin listed in Naples and the owner ended up being EXTREMELY unstable! I HIGHLY recommend that if you were looking at that other cabin to go with this one instead. You will be much safer! There is something seriously wrong with the other guy!). As soon as I pulled up I knew I had made the correct choice. Great scenery, great interior. A ton of games to play. And that hot tub....*Chef's Kiss*! The property manager was easy to get a hold of and was very friendly and hospitable. I had a great weekend in this cabin and you can't beat the price for what you get. And you won't have some creepy disgruntled man threatening you and making you feel like you might end up being turned into a furniture cover.

Great little cottage for a peaceful getaway!
Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!

Wonderful getaway!
Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. We had a fire in the pit every day & the hot tub was great with a view of a nice little waterfall. We love the village of Naples & your brewery in Canandaigua. Many small things
There were several small hangups that would be forgivable on their own, but there were so many it kind of gave the impression the cabin is not well maintained. There was old coffee still in the coffee pot when we arrived, the coffee pot took several hours to brew, the TV was glitchy and we gave up watching a show, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, the cold water in the bathroom didnt work, the faucet in the kitchen sink was broken. Again, each thing alone would be forgivable, but they all added up. Thankfully the hot tub and arcade were in good working order. Overall, I would stay again, but I would be more prepared.

Weekend Getaway
Nice cozy place. Perfect for two. Nice little waterfalls in view. Hot tub is fantastic. Bed very comfortable. But coffee maker didn't work. No problem tho cause I figured out a way. No can opener on premise which meant no olives on our pizza 😪 ,lol. And surprisingly no clock anywhere on the walls. Oh. And there's an arcade style video game that seems not to work? All in all a great place tho. I would recommend.

It is cozy, great views, and is a great get away location. However, we should have listened to a number of the reviews. We are not hard to please people but there were just too many things that should and can be improved. Cleanliness was poor; dish drain had soap scum in it, kitchen sink was not clean, old sponges were still being used instead of just leaving a new one still in a wrapper. Once I picked up the dirty sponges and a scrub pad there was debris left on the sink and certainly the back splash area. Just like previous reviews, the coffee pot was poor at best it took literally 45 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. The shower head came off in my hand when I tried directing the water away from the shower curtain, there were only two bath towels in the bathroom, and one wadded up in a tote in a closet and there were no washcloths to be found anywhere. Except for the large windows in the kitchen and living room the majority of the windows had all sorts of debris in them and they were very dirty. The hot tub was mostly clean, but the underside of the cover was pretty gross. Additional bedding was strewn into totes and in the top of the bedroom closet, it wasn't even folded. Left us with the notion the host is not checking the property, or these things are not important. If I could provide pictures I certainly would. Large cobwebs about in and out. We are not Karen's or Kevin's as the host previously referred to someone who left a bad review. Need more room for more info.

Anniversary Getaway
This cozy cabin was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It’s conveniently located near different towns. The hot tub was perfect for the cooler nights. Highly recommend this cottage.

Great for my needs
I would definitely stay here again. The hottub, the arcade cabinet, and the fantastic view from kitchen and living room windows were the highlights. And the owner was fantastic!!! Just note, the cottage is located up a hill so there is really nowhere to take a walk. And some of the interior looks a little old. The bathroom door does not fully close for example and the kitchen cabinets are a little dingy, inside and out. But the price is right for what you get!

Very dirty!
Stayed here because of the hot tub but I should have listened to the other reviews, opened the cover and there were swirls of brown goo floating on top of the water, tried to skim it off with paper towels but just too gross to use. Windows were filthy with piles of leaves/debris between the panes, both sinks didn’t drain at all and the coffee maker took almost an hour to make five cups. We also live in the finger lakes and on a farm so that’s not an excuse. I have never left a bad review about anything and normally would rather not say anything and chalk it up as a lesson learned but I figured this might save someone else from learning the hard way.

Cozy Getaway
Everything lived up to what we expected. Very nice and cozy. The arcade game is a nice touch. We would stay there again if we ever come out that way again. Hot Tub was awesome!!!!

Great cabin in Naples
My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and loved it. It was a perfect size for us and our two dogs. The space inside is great and includes a nice kitchen that we used to cook for two of the nights we were there. The place was very clean and the location is perfect. I am sure we will stay there again.
