You will not find a better host anywhere in the world. Lorenzo is a meticulous planner, thoughtful, and made himself available whenever we needed him. Everything in the beautiful apartment was organized and arranged with careful consideration. It had everything we needed and immediately felt like home. Location above the best grocery store Deco, (shout out to Grazia, Carlos, Emanuel, Ivan, Eugenia and everyone else) and conveniently located right in between the 2 subway lines for super easy transportation options. If you come to Napoli, you stay here. It's that simple. Cheers from Canada Lorenzo!

Excellent host provided outstanding booklet and downloadable PDF about the area, shopping, recommended tours, walks and restaurants. Even though the apartment is on a busy street the windows are triple insulated and so there was essentially no street noise. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus since we travelling for a longer period. Very clean and comfortable. Would definately stay here again.

We had a happy time in Lorenzo’s apartment, which is very well placed for exploring the historic centre of Naples, with its quaint streets and vibrant dining and nightlife. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the balcony due to noise and pollution from the street below, but this is not noticeable from inside the apartment.

Wonderful stay!

Naples was our first stop in a trip across Italy, and Lorenzo was a fantastic host. He helped us with planning our arrival, arranged someone to get us from the airport, and had a whole guidebook he had created to help us navigate the city, find restaurants and know what to see and what to skip. His apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. It was the best stocked apartment of all of the places we stayed throughout Italy. We highly recommend it!

We highly recommend Casa CiuCiu

This is a great apartment in a nice location. The apartment was clean and had the amenities we were looking for. The Supermarket was only one minute away, and the Metro just across the street. The guidebook to Naples prepared by our host, Lorenzo, was terrific. Covered all the basics and then some.

Fabulous and spacious apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was so spacious and comfortable. It is minutes away from the train station. Lorenzo was an exceptional host. He communicated everything to us, including sending detailed videos on the apartment. Whenever I reached out with a question, he responded in seconds! Lorenzo has a book with information about local restaurants and attractions which was very helpful in making our stay even more enjoyable.

Naples City Center

Property is clean and has all the ammenities to make your stay enjoyable. Large open Living Area that opens up to the Balcony. Right in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. Great Restaurants all within walking distance !

Perfect place and perfect host.

It's an apartment in an old building but totally modern and spacious. We were two couples and having two King beds and two bathrooms was great. It overlooks a busy chaotic street, but the windows and thick doors blocked all street noise. Lorenzo thought of everything a vacationer might need: air conditioning, plenty of towels, complete kitchen, wifi and Netflix, detailed printed instructions on the area and transportation, washer and dryer, and he will book transfers and excursions for you which was so helpful. We loved the driver we had for the day on the Amalfi Coast that he arranged. Now about location. We were across the street from two Metros which we used constantly. We were next to the Historical district that you need your gps for as to not get lost in it's maze of cobblestone streets. There were also great restaurants on our street and in the historical district. Lombardy and Boni down the street to the right were good. There is a grocery store almost next door(Deco) and one a few blocks down. So convenient. If you want to stay in a luxury area by the sea, try Chiai area, but we loved this apartment in the busy area. We stayed for a week to get the total feel of Naples and can say we love the people and the food. I highly recommend this apartment and I doubt you would ever find a host better than Lorenzo.

The outside of the building when first arriving makes you think twice but once in the it’s great. Very clean, modern has everything and owner is very nice and easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend. Pompeii museum right up the street.

Great experience

Location is close to everything very short walk to MANN, and the historic district. The unit is very spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, A/C works very well, and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony to enjoy our coffee in the morning. The host Lorenzo is amazing, and easy to speak with. He is a wealth of knowledge, and has an amazing guide set up so you don't miss anything Naples has to offer. When we come back to Naples this property will be on the top of our list.

What a wonderful stay in Naples!

The apartment was very spacious, thoroughly cleaned, beautiful, and surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located on a main street. It was a very safe and comfortable place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed, including soap, shampoo & conditioner, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and plenty of towels. The location was perfect. It was close to the grocery store (30 seconds away), restaurants, cafes, and all the sites we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere in Naples! The beds were also very comfortable. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony for morning coffee and snacks. Our host, Lorenzo, was very helpful and his communication was very reliable. He arranged a taxi to the airport, and the driver was friendly and drove safely (Naples drivers can be a little crazy!) Lorenzo also sent us documents about recommended walks in the area, food, and restaurants, and they were very helpful. We walked through the historical old town, the seaside, and the Spanish Quarter. It was fun exploring the city and the delicious food. Using this apartment as a home base, we also traveled to Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. Since there is a subway station directly in front of the apartment, it was easy to move around and come back home. (After seeing how they drive in Naples, we were glad that we didn't rent a car!) Thanks again to Lorenzo for hosting us in such a beautiful and spacious apartment. We truly had a wonderful time in Naples!

Fabulous base to explore Naples and surrounding area

My husband and I stayed at Ciuciu for 10 days and were joined by my mother and aunt. It was the perfect apartment for a very comfortable family reunion. It is easy to walk to the Historic Center, where Spaccanapoli, San Gregorio Armeno, and Capella Sansevero are. A metro stop is across the street, and the central train station--from which trains to Pompeii and Herculaneum leave--is just one metro stop away. The Archeological Museum is a block away, as is the bus stop for buses that go to the Capodimonte Museum. It is also easy to walk to the Monsanto Funicular station, which gives you access to explore the Vomero District. A walk to the waterfront was approximately 40 minutes. The apartment itself is beautiful and very quiet, despite being situated on a busy street. The beds are super comfortable; the kitchen is well-appointed, and there is plenty of space to relax. WiFi is very reliable! Lorenzo and family have thought of everything.

Amazing property and host

Lorenzo and his apartment are nothing short of amazing. The location is near perfect, within walking distance of most attractions and across the street from the train station. Inside was every bit as nice as the location. Everything was immaculate and worked perfectly. Lorenzo was also the perfect host. His information on local attractions, directions and restaurants was priceless. He had undoubtedly spent hours on his guidebook and we used it daily. He instantly responded to all our questions and was friendly and approachable. This is the host and property all others should be measured by. Five stars for sure.

Lorenzo & The Apartment Were Excellent

We had absolutely no issues communicating with Lorenzo. He was very accommodating with check in times, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. He was very organized and had some very good restaurant suggestions. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and in a good location. Very close to Centro Storico, the Spanish Quarter and Garibaldi station, and there's a taxi location right across the street. Definitely recommend him on any of your future stays in Naples.

Napoli like a fine wine

Overall our stay was great and Lorenzo was an involved host and he was easy to reach. Our arrival was crazy because of numerous travel disruptions due to a National Travel strike. Lorenzo was unable to meet us when we finally arrived and due to miscommunication we had great difficulty finding the key, and operating the lift. We struggled with luggage up many steps. The apartment was as advertised on VRBO. The entire apartment was lovely and very usable. Kitchen and baths totally workable. Lorenzo was charming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. He made restaurant reservations and taxi reservations. The restaurant was wonderful. Again, at check out we had language misunderstandings regarding the lift situation resulting in carrying our luggage down multiple steps. This was primarily our issue, and our fault. A lack of understanding. If Lorenzo had been able to meet us at arrival it would have made check in a piece of cake.

Lives up to its 5-star rating

We dropped off our bags before check-in time and saw our towels being ironed. Lorenzo thinks of everything. The apartment is roomy, nicely furnished—the bathrooms are especially nice—and well-buffered against the street noise. Plus there is Lorenzo himself; organized, helpful, and kind, he is a pro and knows implicitly how to ensure the apartment guests are well-informed about Naples sights and how to get to them. He should be managing dozens of properties.

Very spacious comfortable clean well appointed apartment 2 blocks from the archeological museum. The host is the greatest! In easy reach and extremely helpful and very engaged. A great place to stay in Naples!

Lorenzo is the best

We were greeted at the door in the rain by the owner. Soooo nice and helpful! Helped us with a car and restaurant that were on point. The home was really pretty and has black out shades for the late sleeper.
