Great Location but...
This property is in a terrific, central location. The beach is beautiful. The property is VERY clean.
BUT, we have stayed at The Club at Naples Cay 3 times now, each time in a different condo. This condo is worth probably nearly 2 million dollars, but feels like it was decorated and stocked from garage sales. The beds in the guest room are lumpy and sagging. The condo does not have enough towels or beach towels. Lots of sheets, oddly. The walls need to be repainted, lots of gouges. It's not just that I am not a fan of the decorating/wall art, but that it is very mish mash and weird. Bathrooms could use some updating, but are okay. The kitchen was mostly well furnished, just inexpensive dishes/pans. Laundry worked well.
There was no wagon to get our items to the beach. The beach chairs are the cheapest available, so I ended up purchasing a decent one and left it behind. The umbrellas are also some of the cheapest. Not sure if this unit has storage in the below-building storage areas, but the beach accessories were all in a closet that we needed to use.
Would I stay here again? Maybe for a lesser rate or if it has improvements made.
The property managers were very kind and responsive. As happens in Florida, there were ants, and the managers had pest control come promptly.
I really think if the owners/property managers spend just a bit more money to upgrade this condo, it could be the BEST one in Naples Cay! The potential is 100% there!
