WHAT A VIEW!
This stunningly updated condo boasts a spacious kitchen, inviting family room, elegant dining area, and luxurious master suite featuring a separate tub and stand shower in the master bath. It also includes a second bedroom and a hall bath. The expansive lanai breathtaking views of the Gulf, Marco River, and Tigertail Beach. vibrant neighborhood offers fantastic, including a large pool, hot tub, fitness center, social area, and tennis courts. The condo rents monthly by the calendar month.

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
$150 Application Fee

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

This house is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
