Room was extremely clean. Good shower, lightning and bed. Close to gym, supermarket and train station. Building was a bit noisy, can hear neighbors and streetnoise very well, but with earplugs it was ok. Area feels unsafe, but nobody bothered us, so maybe it was just a feeling. Nice little vegetablestore downstairs. Nice staff.

Inside the rooms was great! Elevator costs money so bring 10 cent Euro coins if you can’t do stairs. Train station was about a 7-10 minute walk. The buses nearby are great. One night we all got locked out of the building, about 10-12 people around midnight. Luckily the man at the pizza place across the street came over and worked on the door and got it to open. Keypad was broken. Very noisy so if you need quiet to sleep, bring earplugs. The person checking us in gave us earplugs for one room. But the person checking us us in the other room did not. Oh and be sure to notify your checkin person when you get to Naples, not when you get to the hotel. Overall we liked it and if it were in a cleaner part of town we would stay there again.

Very clean and nice, Maybe something like cutlery would be nice, overall super good and feels just like a hotel room! Theres also an airconditioner which is great, and close to the central station.

Upon arrival and giving the property notification of my arrival I had to wait hours at the property outside with no one there to let me in. After stuck on the street and having to make numerous long distance calls for hours the property finally sent someone very late at night claiming that their system was down. I lost a full day of my stay and my short trip ruined specifically because of this property. They put me in a very dangerous situation being stuck on the street late at night and refused to refund anything for having my first day wasted on the street unable to check in. The only good person that came later on was Erika that was very helpful and was given the notification very late at night. I have been travelling for over 25 years now and this was the absolute worst experience with a booking/property I have ever experienced. It was a complete nightmare and would not recommend this property to anyone. They take no responsibility for their property management.

Bezahlbare Unterkunft mitten im Wohnviertel. Der Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist neu renoviert und sauber. Es wäre perfekt, wenn evtl. Wasserkocher und paar Geschirr da wären. Ansonsten kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen.

Superbe logement idéalement placé. Gare à 15mn à pied. Hébergement tres propre, spacieux et très confortable avec tout ce qu il faut. Decoration tres actuelle et agréable, tout le confort y est.....le propriétaire est très sympathique et agréable. A réserver sans hesitation.

Departamento bonito y funcional.

El departamento está muy bien, limpio,cómodo,bonito, nuevo. El administrador Fabio se portó excelente, muy amable y amistoso. El edificio es antiguo y le falta mantenimiento.
