Newly renovated house in Brandt Point, right near town and Children's Beach

You could almost throw a frisbee to Children's beach area...well, if there wasn't a house in the way! Walk to the ferry and town and bars and restaurants. Super convenient location. Also close to our favorite restaurants at Lola 41 and the White Elephant. Tell the kids to try to find the secret bunk bed room! (hint... it's behind a bookshelf!)

During bad weather... we urge our guests purchase outside travel insurance that covers trip cancellations due to dangerous travel conditions from bad weather since we are on an island subject to wind and high seas. John Hancock, Axa Assistance and IMG offer such policies.

Fantastic Location

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. It was very clean, nicely decorated and easy walking distance to downtown and ferry. The bathrooms are recently updated as well. I highly recommend!

The property location was excellent . It was very easy to walk anywhere in town, shops, restaurants etc. The house was pristine. I would stay there any time we are in Nantucket. Highly recommend.

Great location!

It was a great location for our family's visit. It is a small, cozy home with lovely decor and facilities. The owner was helpful and communicative. My only caution is that it might be "too cozy" for a tall or large person!

Outstanding Location, Great Fit for Our Family!

My family (me, wife, and two young daughters) were in town for a weekend wedding at the White Elephant. This property is an easy walk from the ferry terminals, downtown, amd White Elephant. Clean, well-stocked, and tremendously responsive owner. A great experience, HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect weekend

We have come to the island every fall for the past 19 years and this house was perfect for us. The best so far on all fronts. The location is ideal for walking everywhere, the house was well appointed and had everything you needed. Sam was quick to reply and very pleasant and accommodating. We loved our stay and would recommend this house and Sam as host to everyone. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect first time in Nantucket!

This is a sweet cottage, just 3 min drive from ferry. We had a car and had no problem parking on road. You can walk anywhere in town. The cottage is clean, really nicely appointed and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and the host was very attentive. We were a family of 5 and it fit us just right, my 16 year old son slept on the futon on the third floor and was very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Nantucket is lovely!

Our stay was absolute Daffy heaven!The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything but still super peaceful. The space was adorable and so well designed, with a GREAT use of space. Two bathrooms was a major plus, and the beds were insanely comfortable (honestly, better than home).What really made this trip stand out, though, was the host. Just days before we were supposed to arrive, I had an emergency surgery. She was so kind and accommodating with some last-minute special requests — truly above and beyond.I’d stay here over and over again without hesitation. Already hoping to come back soon. Highly recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone lucky enough to grab a booking.

June get away

We love Nantucket and enjoy going before the height of the season. We enjoyed Snuggery and its location, it was close to everything. Our first night for dinner at Lola 41, fantastic! Bronco rental from Affordable rentals right across the street provided us with a full day of sightseeing and beach off-roading. Sunset view from Toppers was a great finish to the off-roading day. On our last night we enjoyed dinner at The Club Car followed by piano bar singing. The 3 nights always has us wanting more so until next time Nantucket ❤️

The Snuggery is picture perfect in every way!! The location is close walking distance to every thing downtown and Children’s and Jetties Beach/The SandBar and the ferries The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5! The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with! We can’t wait to stay here again!!
