「The apartment was neat and tidy. The location was very convenient to access ANU or city centre. The delay in receiving the check in details made some confusion. The pantry was filled with essentials like coffee, tea and even cereal, thanks for that. Surprised to see one full can of milk in the fridge instead of those 15ml pods. Apartment was warm even when it was -3 outside. Most of all, thanks for letting our little furry friend in.」

「I stayed at this hotel in order to look for an accommodation during my study at a uni.
The room was clean and comfortable although it did not have AC. I sometimes felt somewhat hot, but thanks to the ceiling fan, it was not a big problem to me. I wish it were my permanent home. If I need to stay at a hotel in Canberra again, I will certainly choose Ovolo Nishi again.
The staff members were friendly.

「The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything from the kitchen essentials to the living space was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.
One thing to note: securing the key was a bit of an adventure, so allow a little extra time for check-in. However, once inside, the property exceeded expectations. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Braddon’s vibrant dining and shopping...

「Beautifully presented. Clean with all things included for a nice stay. Air con, washing machine, jug stove/oven, dishwasher, tv, comfortable bed, fridge/freezer, nice bathroom with pull down shower. In a quiet street. Coffee bags and tea bags. If I had any complaint at all it would be there was no milk portions or coffee whitener. That’s incidental. Nice landlord. We will book again with no hesitation 」
