"We always enjoy our stay at this unique hotel! Breakfast buffet is yummy and the rooms are clean and spacious!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. There is everything you need in the little hotel village. And it's right at the foot of the mountain. We wanted to stay longer but we had to move on. We will definitely come back and stay here again."

"A great place to stay, especially if you are not well versed in the Vietnamese language. The staff - even down to the house cleaners and maintenance people - greet you and are friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at, and I am returning for two nights a week later."

"Clean room, excellent staff and breakfast was decent"

"The workers' service was terrible."

"Wonderful stay at the Pullman in Hai Phong Tho was the lobby / concergie staff and she was delightful and very kind. Definitely would stay again. The amenities are great and so are the cleaning staff!"

"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"Solo traveler from the USA. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kind of small but comfortable. Felt safe walking around at night. Would stay again."

"Clean room good access and pool"

"Clean room, quiet, convenient"

"Clean and Safe "

"Good hotel in the city center. "

"Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! "

"Clean and comfortable."

"Hôtel confortable et au calme proche de la ville, le plus est la piscine, le petit magasin et la salle de sport et le faite de pouvoir se détendre "

"Breakfast is the best"

"The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English. The room was sparkling clean and white, everything is new. Nice big LG TV if you're into flipping around. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it came with all pots and pans if I needed it. Bathroom was clean and new, shower was hot and water pressure very high. My few gripes with the place: I'm 6 feet tall, and the bed...

"Great, quiet location with friendly staffs"

"In town for biz but stay on visiting family and friends. I loved this place. Great value. "
