「Nice location, we didn't stay to visit the city, but just the Karni Mata (rat) temple. So we didn't concentrate on locating ourself in the touristy area. The restaurant and bar downstairs was very convenient. They gave us a really big room with a huge terrace. Was very happy with their service as they arranged a driver to go to the temple. Would stay again next time!」

「The property has the irreststable morbid charme of the good ol‘ times. Generous Garden full of flowers, very friendly service and a magnificent room. However don‘t expect the latest amenities and unnecessary bling bling. Instead indulge in the great spirit of this place. 」

「Excellent staff, they try their level best to make the guests comfortable but the problem is with the upkeep of the rooms. Everything is excessively dirty. Bathrooms are filthy to the word horrible. Tents do not have an air conditioner and come with a fan. Two cottages with AC is what we took and trust me I could spend just one day cleaning it. No wifi and very poor mobile connectivity. If you wanna do camping, stay at TAO.」

「I booked my group at Lallgargh Palace after my reservation Laxmi Niswas Palace was cancelled. Although they are located on the same Heritage Property complex, they are not comparable . The staff at Lallgargh are on par with a Travel Lodge. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reminiscent of an offering at a school cafeteria. Although the rooms are enormous, the pictures don't show chipping paint, leaking pipes. and torn furniture. It was a disappointment at every level. 」

「Staying at Basant Vihar was the worst experience and staff was rude and not at all co-operative. The breakfast menu was pathetic with no variety and Aloo Bhaji served was of previous day and smelling. When I complained to co-ordinator & manager, there was no polite response from him. After multiple calls, no water was served in the room. I won't recommend this hotel who do not value customer service.」
