I had book 3 family rooms for my family of 9, we arrived the day after our original check in due to flight delay, we still had to pay for the 3 Rooms for the night we didn’t use them, even though we contacted the reservation dear and informed them. I booked the hotel because it has a children’s pool, our four children were unable to use it because it was too cold even though they advertised heated pool. We were told by the manager that the pool is heated only on the weekend. We were unable to use it. Also, they had spread a mound of red dirt all over the grass, the only area our children could play, and they got red dirt all over their shoes and clothes, they didn’t have any signs or tape around the grass. Also my son and his children were given a regular room, with only one queen size bed, it was supposed to be a family room and they told him they would roll in a bed for the kids. It was supposed to be king size bed with trundle. A family room. The manager kept on insisting that they gave us family rooms.
Also, we could hear loud music all night staring around 10 until 5 in the morning in all three of our rooms because there is club right across from where our room were located.
My daughter had to use a wash cloth to clean the red mud off her daughters and the hotel charged me 1500 sch for the 6x6 wash cloth.
After our Safari our son was put into a room that smelled horrible, he was moved, but we were really unhappy. Wrote email to
