「I informed Benidorm booking that I would be arriving late and they assured me their office was open to midnight which was contrary to the opening times published. I arrived at the office at 10.30pm to find it closed. I rang the emergency number and nobody answered. We were left with no way of accessing the apartment and had to find a hotel to spend the night in until the office opened the next day. There was no apology staff member was rude and dismissive.
