"The place doesn't look like the pictures in the website. Rooms are not real clean. Bathroom is very very small and dirty. Wifi doesn't work and management is aware of it and not doing anything about it. Can't wait to get out of here. Never again "

"We had to change rooms twice. The first room had no working power outlets. The 2nd room TV set had been smashed. The hotel manager said he assumed the previous guests got into a fight. The building is 75 years old and clearly a challenge to maintain. The room was very dirty. Everything seemed to be held together by duct tape to include the bed frame which was not the same size as the mattress and box spring. We were not confident the frame was going to hold... but the mattress was quite comfortable and we got a great night's sleep."

"The room was clean but in need of some repair. I understand the hotel is doing a remodel on the first floor but not having access to the elevator should not be allowed. I had a lot of heavy gear I had to carry upstairs to my room, and the workers had all the luggage carriers covered in tile boxes, so they were not useable for the customers. I talked about this to the lady at the front desk who was not helpful or apologetic at all. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn's in the past, all good experiences, this was not a good experience at all. "
