"Above and beyond, the staff is very helpful for your stay. They do the extra length for your safety and accomodation concerns. The roof top is amazing, with awesome views, a pool and dining area. Our room was much more than expected. Very large and especially bright and comfortable.The breakfast had many options for anyone's taste. Also, a huge thank you and bonus with Maroua Hentati, Client services. She is well-mannered, charming and listens with a keen interest of our opinions. She made us feel at home and she is a great inspiration for this high class hotel of Casablanca. Actually, she represents every essence of the moroccan "vibe and feel". "After an overnight flight from Canada, the staff provided my family with an early check-in so that we could catch some needed sleep. Thanks to Hamza and the staff at the hotel. Courteous, caring and understanding. Room was clean and spacious. AC was ok but not as cold as expected."
