*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

IMPORTANT: CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.



Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $69 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $1500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.



House Rules:

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.

4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support and therapy animals. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.

6. No motorcycles or motorcycle trailers. Golf carts, boats, and boat trailers are allowed. Parking for 5 vehicles.

Note: Physical address says Murrells Inlet, but property is more in the Garden City area - just 4 blocks from the Garden City Pier and accessed easily by the Garden City Connector and Highway 17.

7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID.  Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
