Room was comfortable and clean and i loved sitting on tge screened in porch overlooking the marsh. The sunsets were GORGEOUS from the rocking chair! I only wish the hot tub would have been cleaner looking, but ill definitely be staying again soon. Perfect location!

The room was nothing as described in the Expedia listing. The pictures are not of the room we were given. Our room was unclean, paint was pealing from the ceiling, there were old paper towels lining the silverware drawer. The carpet in the bedrooms was dirty. The mirror in the bathroom was pealing. The pool was closed for construction. It had been drained and had dirty standing rain water in it. There was a sign at the front desk that had clearly been there for a while. It stated that the property was under a fire alert because the sprinkler system wasn't working and they needed time to have it fixed. I looked at the sprinklers in the room and they were so covered in dust and grime that you almost couldn't tell what they were. There was not a smoke detector in the entire unit. This is a wood siding building and the siding was hanging off of the sides of the building. The views of the marsh and water were very pretty, but you had to look past the pool to see them. The location is great for walking to the beach, shopping and a few restaurants. We enjoyed the beach bar with music located on the peer.

Loved the fishing area. Only thing I would change is the location of the microwave on the kitchen counter as it was difficult to use in that position.

Best place for a family vacation #1 Fishing

We love it here and most definitely will be back. It was our second time there and its just as awesome as the first. Definitely want to shout out Kathy at the front desk and groundskeeper Al for being amazing and we felt like we were at home.

We were there for Bike week! Great Location !! Just a short walk to the pier to get breakfast and right next door to Causeways! All the staff was friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Family Trip, Location & View

The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. Serveral people were fishing from the deck. It's a reasonably short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and an arcade along the way. The bathroom floorplan was peculiar, with three doors, but met our needs. Beds were comfortable.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Booked in May showed up couldnt get in room no one there no one would answer online message, texts or calls now refuse to refund our money because they said non-refundable well we didnt cancel and didnt not show up there was no one there to give us our room!!!!!

Our stay

The customer service was very good, our room wasn’t ready on time, but only a 30 minute difference. The room had everything you needed: full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, clean, TV’s… The view was beautiful, a major plus, but the place smelled really bad! as if it had been smoked, a lot! and the beds were awful, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we’re pushed against the wall; for two people it was pretty bad getting in and out of the bed. Overall I would give it 3-stars
