Beautiful unit and beautiful view. Very clean unit and updated interior. Heat went out and the owners were very responsive and had it taken care of quickly. Overall great stay!

The place was very clean and all the furniture was comfortable and in good shape. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer worked pretty well except for the washer temp control. There were only a few annoying negatives:1) The balcony door was EXTREMELY hard to open and close. I contacted the owner early on, but no maintenance ever came. I finally bought my own silicone spray which helped very little. 2) The shower door wouldn't stay closed. 3) The towels, though plentiful, were like sandpaper. 4) The main bathroom is in serious need of decent towel hooks. The cheap little hooks on the doors are not very good for towels. We pay a premium to rent through VRBO vs GC Realty and should not have these issues. Still, the positives outweigh the negatives.

Condo with amazing view

Amazing views from the balcony!! Loved the outdoor bar height chairs and tables and easy access to the beach. You may want to add that there is a Keurig coffee maker provided. We brought ours from home! Also would be helpful to include instructions for TV and list of restaurants in the area. The sliding door to the balcony was a bit hard to open and close. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Thank you for helping to make our beach trip very enjoyable!

Great condo with a view!

We decided last minute to go to Myrtle Beach for July 4th. This lovely condo was available and it was perfect. Our friends were staying at Ocean Lakes and this was only a shirt 10 min ride. The condo was cute and clean with plenty of linens. Check in and check out super easy. It has a great oceanfront view and the condo was very quiet, we slept through the tropical storm. We would definitely book this place again and recommend to others.

Enjoyable time at the beach

It was a different experience being ocean front and on 11th floor. We loved the view and the ease of getting to the beach. Be prepared to add 200 to your stay if you want two beach chairs for the week which are rented on the beach and they take them up at 4pm which was a bummer.

The condo was decorated beautifully! Loved the private balcony and views. The host was easy to contact. Very easy to communicate with and answered all questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Furniture and bed were very comfortable.

Nice Condo

We liked the condo very much! It was awesome to be on the balcony. The condo is updated and nicely decorated and very comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 2 of us.We had to cut our stay short due to health reason, so that was too bad!

Shower wouldn't stay closed. Switches controlling outlets need marked. BUT We enjoyed our visit for the second time. Will rebook in the future. Communication with host was above and beyond.

Great location

Perfect Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation on the beach. Coffee every morning watching the sunrise, we even saw a pod of dolphins swimming by. Just steps from the beach and many great restaurants. We will be definitely be back!!

Looks good but still needs some work inside

The unit is beautiful as pictured with the exception of the following. 1. The sofa is no longer new looking. It doesn’t look like the picture in the listing. It was disappointing to see this when we walked into the living room area. It needs to be replaced or the seat cushions need replacing. When you sit on the sofa you are literally sitting on the frame. The seat cushions are smooshed flat. I was not able to sit on the comfortably sofa at all. I stopped trying and chose to sit on the chair facing away from the TV. This made it difficult to watch the morning or evening news. 2. The leather chair being light tan, has retained dirt. There are large dirt or grease spots where the head and back rest on the chair that are discolored, another disapointment. 3. The shower door does not stay closed when you push the sliding doors. We had to wedge a wash cloth in the door to keep it closed when showering. 4. The rugs in the living room area and bedroom both need to be cleaned, especially in the bedroom. I was reluctant to put my feet on the bedroom rug. 5. The extra soft bed is lumpy and idifficult to get in and out of, as it sinks when you are on the edge trying to get up. It felt like we were sleeping on a sponge. The owner responded on the first day via text. When I asked about locating an iron and ironing board via text. I didn't get a reply. I might have gotten a reply if I sent a message via VRBO.
