This home features an open floor plan (living, dining, kitchen combination) with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with granite counters, microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Three flat screen TVs (cable), DVD Player, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two queen and four double-sized beds. The outdoor living space features two covered porches (oceanfront porch furnished with rocking chairs), sundeck, two outdoor showers, and ample parking (some covered). No pets. No smoking. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
