For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. From Easter/April 1 to October 31, enjoy swimming in the oceanside outdoor pool. Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit.
