Tastefully decorated with a "beachy" theme, this second floor, 2 bedroom 2 bath ocean front condo in Royal Garden Resort is a great getaway. This unit is literally just steps down to the indoor pool and spas, outdoor pool and spa deck and of course The Salty Pickle in house bar/restaurant. Beautiful views from oceanfront balcony! Walk to the Garden City Pier for food, drinks and of course the arcade, live music and karaoke. Take a short drive to the Marsh Walk and experience all it has to offer - restaurants and shopping! Kitchen is fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker and all appliances that you need to prepare meals or snacks. Convenience store located next door! Master has queen bed with master bath tub/shower combo. Second bedroom as twin trundle. Second bath with walk in shower. Flat screen televisions in all bedrooms - washer and dryer in the unit. Enjoy your stay!

Beachy Condo

Loved all the beach decor. Clean and comfortable! Lots of extras! Easy access for older beach lovers. Restaurant food and drinks right near the pool was another bonus!

Family vacation!

Great unit, very clean and well stocked. We had all the essentials we needed for our trip and then some. Our family rented 3 units in the building and ours was everyone’s favorite. Would gladly stay again.

Pros and Cons

We chose this property because we had stayed here before. We were in a different unit this time. Always able to get 2-3 lounge chairs. Condos in this property are set up with living area and kitchen in brightly lit area with floor to ceiling wall of windows facing ocean and pool area. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are dark with no windows (master bedroom does have one window which looks out on to hallway, but did not provide much light for us. When e visited there were plenty of eating utensils but only 3 drinking glasses-1 full sized and 2 juice glasses, 3 bowls and about 3-4 plates. Unless that changes, prepare to bring your own bowls, plates and cups. Pros-on first floor, although parking ramp is tight easy to get to and from unit to car-no need to use elevators, unit near stairs to lounge chairs, pools and hot tubs (inside and outside) and beach, linens and towels were provided in cost of rental-towels and sheets were on master bed to be put on beds and distributes to bathrooms as needed (we did not need to bring your own or pay extra-but verify this is still in place when you book in case it changes). Cons-room had STRONG cigarette odor as soon as we opened the door. All bedding, carpets, drapes, sectional and padded bar stools had odor throughout the stay except for wrapped bedding and unwrapped towels provided by linen company.

Condo smells like smoke

Condo smelled like set in smoke. It was very overwhelming. I had to wash all my clothes when I returned home, even the clean ones, and wipe down everything else because of the smell. Carpet is very stained and the place didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The location was good and the Salty Pickle was convenient for ordering food.

LOVED IT

Everything was great about this place, to include location. The only thing I didn't like was that it was supposed to be a 2 bed room, but the second bedroom was super small. Only had a trundle bed instead of a double or queen.

What a view!

This condo was just what I needed, a great layout and a beach view balcony!! Plenty of appliances to cook your favorite meals, and of course the nice cool air conditioning! Would definitely stay here again!
