「Loved this hotel, we got the executive suite for a night and it was wonderful. There was a fireworks display from downtown that we watched from the parking lot. Nice fitness facilities and enjoyed the pool too. Overall we would stay again. 」

The desk staff checked us in - were exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped us to try and straighten out a computer PROBLEM created through HOTELS.COM website repeated crashing when registering..They (Munster Hampton Inn staff) have been gracious and informative. I wish all hotels and motels were as well run and clean as this one. Now if only Hotels.com gets their act together. If you are in this area ... STAY HERE!!! 」
「My stay was amazing. Everyone was so happy and cheery. Affordable. Clean and well kept up. They ran out of soap for the soap dispenser next to the sink so we had to use bar soap or body wash. Shout out to Kira and Annette! Kira at the fornt desk was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast helper Annette kept everything stocked. Annete was also very cheery, happy, and positive.」
「I've always loved the Ameristar Casino hotel rooms. They offer smoking/they have an iron and board in room/fridge in room {although I understand why the microwaves were removed long ago}/the bathroom especially. Separate toilet room full bathtub and separate shower! It's the cost that's hinder my stays. This happened to be a Family member Funeral Service in Chicago and the family had a 10 room block. I could NEVER get that rate in St. Charles.($145 nightly Thurs - Mon + resort fees only...
