「the flat is ok but we could not use the hot tub as promised in our property because the garden has not gate and neighbours were using it instead of us in the night . Moreover the road towards the beach is full of rubbish and building sites. these flats are booked mostly by groups of young people and is easy to have a party on top of your flat in the night . we had to ask to be moved to a new flat in the babe beach area and it was much better 」

「Area was walkable. Staff was kind. Windows were soundproof and filtered music from nearby beach. It was clean and safe. Would recommend and will definitely be back. 」

「The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms. 」

「The property is very basic and the beds are not very comfortable. The price is fair, although I did find some nice hotels for a cheaper nightly rate when I actually got to Novalja. The air conditioning is very powerful but only sheets were provided, and it got quite cold at night. The property is located about a 15 minute walk from the main town and beach. The check in process is a mess. It is not listed on the ad that you need to arrive at the travel agency. I only found out when I had walked...

「Hat von A-Z alles super geklappt, die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief wunderbar, ddie Vermieter inkl. Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! :-) Das Objekt ist in einem tollen Zustand und die Lage hat für uns super gepasst. Es waren rundum tolle Ferien! Wir kommen wieder :-)」
