「The property owner failed to disclose in the listing that the 'butler', essentially a poorly paid helper, will be staying in the apartment all day and sleeping in the kitchen! They kept insisting that I let the stranger stay. If you enjoy a stranger during your stay, then go for it. There was a lack of communication via the VRBO platform. Four different people sent messages via WhatsApp, and you don't know who you are dealing with. You have to call a different WhatsApp number at a different time...
