Comfortable Hotel in a Great Neighborhood

Warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was quick and courteous. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a nice street view. Will definitely be on my mind should I return to Mumbai.

This property is located just 1 building away from where I was raised and I was glad to be in my old neighborhood once again. There are plenty of restaurants to eqt at and numerous stores to shop at within walking distance. I will definitely stay there again and do positively recommend it.

Great experience in Mumbai. You won' go wrong.

I had a choice between this hotel and a more well known luxury chain. My dollars went much further...for the same price as a single room there, we had a lovely and spacious1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen area and with 1&1/2 baths. For our 4 day stay it was great. The location was great with shops and restaurants in walking distance and taxis to the airport and downtown only a few dollars. Everything was very clean. Hotel soundproofing excellent and couldn't hear outside cacophony that seems to be integral to Mumbai. Staff was very nice and helpful. Changed money at nearby banks and ATM.

The property is in a good location but it needs updating. The breakfast was adequate and staff at the restaurant were very good but lady at the reception was moody and very unfriendly and unhelpful. The worst thing about the place is the internet ( or lack of it) we stayed for 5 nights and told the lady at reception every day, sometimes twice a day that we had no internet. She did nothing about it, just fobbed us off with one excuse or another. If you need internet, then this is NOT the place to stay.

The hotel itself was clean but they were doing work during the day so quite loud and on one day they were doing the reception ceiling which stopped us from inviting people back to the hotel

Terrible. We were booked to outdated rooms while our friends had the newly renovated suites which were way nicer. Room had a strong stench of paint that could not be aired out. The hotel was undergoing renovations way outside the communicated hours both in the morning and evening. I would recommend this hotel once the renovations have been completed, not before. Hotel management not accommodating given the inconvenience experienced.

This hotel is in the close to Linking Road, Hill Road, lots of restaurants. Traveling is also very easy as there are plenty of auto-rickshaws around. Area is enclosed and very safe.

Very frustrating stay. We ended up realizing the wifi was not working for the entierty of our stay and we had several group members who needed to work remotely. We were always told it was being fixed and it was never actually fixed. On top of this, for the entierty of our stay there was full blown construction on several floors below our unit from 9am until 7pm daily. When we asked for a group compensation or asked why we weren't notified about this prior to our stay, we were ignore by the front desk staff and we did not receive any compensation at all
