Upstairs, you'll find a massive open-plan living space that's pure holiday magic. Kick back on the leather chaise or sprawl out on the comfy 3-seater couch while enjoying the smart TV. The 10-seater dining setting is perfect for those epic group meals, and the large deck? It's your front-row seat to breathtaking lake and park views.

Need some extra space? The downstairs living area is a kids' paradise, complete with another 3-seater chaise and smart TV - keeping everyone entertained and happy.

Sleeping arrangements are a breeze with:

• Bed 1 - King bed in the master bedroom - Upstairs
• Bed 2 - Queen bed - Downstairs
• Bed 3 - Tri-bunk – Downstairs
• Bed 4 – Tri-bunk - Downstairs
• Sofa bed in downstairs lounge room sleeps 2 guests
• Sofa bed upstairs living area sleeps 2 guests.

Practical touches include a fully equipped laundry in the garage (washer, dryer, iron, and vacuum), ensuring you can pack light and live large.

Parking onsite for boats and trailers, and access to a vacant block behind the house giving plenty of options for on-site parking. There is also a double garage available for guest use.

The local Mulwala shops are just a short stroll away!

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a prime location opposite Purtle Park, Sunrise Waters isn't just a holiday home - it's your ticket to lakeside memories that'll last a lifetime.


Other Things TO Note:

Pets are welcome upon request and a one off pet fee of $50-00 applies if approved.

Dogs cannot be left unattended at the property.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.


Self Check-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

Wifi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Cleaning: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Loss OF Keys: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
