"First let me say the staff and location of this extended stay was wonderful. Free parking. Outdoor space for recreational purposes. We had the 2 room loft which also had 2 bathrooms. 3 TVs which was a lifesaver. Biggest issue was the smell of room which was like animal "smells" and the floor and couch wasn't the cleanest. However the kitchen, bathrooms and beds were clean.A place to wash clothes was a plus if needed in the room. No continental breakfast but coffee and tea, distilled water was a nice touch .Close to freeway and the shopping/restaurants were abundant. Check out Perimeter Mall!"

"The hotel quality was fine, but it’s not going to be good in the long run for this hotel. The man checking us in was the rudest individual I have had contact with at a hotel when we encountered an issue. Upon entering the room, we didn’t have enough towels, sheets for pull out, or toilet paper. We were able to get sheets and towels ourselves from the desk, but toilet paper took two calls and over an hour to get. This problem persisted into our second night along with no hot water for hours. It wasn’t awful, but not the quality I would expect from this chain of hotels in a business district."

"Room was clean. Husband liked the balcony. I liked the room separated from the sitting area. However, I didn't know that there was a 10.00 parking fee. "

"Lots of people in the pools with no adults, hot water was cold in the hot water container near the coffee. Elevator was hard to use during checkout "

"Great location! It’s literally next to the Perimeter Mall so that’s a huge plus! There’s also a lot of restaurants in the area and just some regular stores across the street. This was our 2nd time staying at the beautiful hotel. Continental breakfast, shower was refreshing and very clean, staff is always pleasant and helpful, the manager was EVERYTHING, and I slept like a baby in that bed. No complaints here!! "
