2度目でしたが、リフォームされていて良くなっていました。Palo Altoに近いし、Whole Foods Marketや WalmartやTARGETも近い。 スタッフの対応も良かった。コストパフォーマンスが良い。また利用したい。

モーテル。部屋の設備やアメニティは普通、出張には十分。朝食も簡素だが十分。徒歩五分にスーパー等が集まるエリアがあり、利便性良し。お土産も調達しやすい。セルフランドリーがないのが残念。

スイートとは思えないくらいの設備でした。照明は一部つかなかったし、バスルームは水漏れ、全体的に古さが目立ちます。 スタッフの印象は良かったです。

Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi and Guest Laundry machine was out or order. I had a a few day trip in Midwest and expected wash my dirty cloth. Front guys says there are 24 hr Laundromat near and it was closed. So I had to go to another location. The room is not clean. Equipment is old. Shower curtain rail was not fixed right. Free Breakfast, scramble egg and patty sausage, cereals, bagels, toast bread, orange, apple, cranbery juice. With their per night price..... I need to see another inns/hotels too.

Good for both Business and Sightseeing
This hotel is located at the pretty much accessible place to the supermarkets , restaurants. You can access downtown of Mountain view along Castoro St. by 5 mins drive away from this hotel. The staffs there are friendly always and flexibly response to any sudden requests.

歩いていけるところに食事できる店や、買い物できる店があるホテル
場所は良いです。 連泊したのですが、途中でカードキーが使えなくなったり、朝食時間になってもロビーが空いていなかったりしたのは残念でしたが、ホテル代が安いので良かったと思います。 バス・トイレの換気扇の音もうるさかったです。

便利な場所でフェアな価格のモーテル
昨年に続いて、マウンテンビューでの会議出席のため宿泊しました。エル・カミーノ・レアル沿いですが、多少道路から離れているためそれほど騒音は気になりません。お湯の出もよく、部屋もきれいです。近所にWhole Foodsやリカーショップ、レストランも徒歩距離にありますので、便利です。

設備が古いですがロケーションは便利
客室や設備は古く、壊れているところがあります。気になる方は避けた方が無難だと思います。ただ、米国が慣れている方は、セイフウエイが近いなど立地が良いので、とても便利です。

利用した飛行機の到着時間の関係で、チェックイン可能時間より大幅に早い時間帯にチェックインをお願いいたしましたが、快くチェックインさせていただきました。おかげで、ゆっくりと休むことができました。また、ノンネイティブ（英語が堪能ではない）にも関わらず、フレンドリーに、かつ、親切に対応いただきました。

良いホテルです
日本では当たり前かもしれませんが、 シャワーのお湯が出る、エアコンが機能する、冷蔵庫が機能する＆やかましくない、など 当たり前のことが当たり前にできている良いホテルでした。 唯一のマイナスポイントは、料金が高いことです。 この地区のホテルはどこも高いので、仕方ないかもしれませんが。

車での滞在が便利
数百メートル先にレストランやスーパー、付近にバス停もありますが、移動手段の中心はやはり車のようです。ホテル自体、車で来た利用者むけにできている印象なので、レンタカーなど借りて長期滞在の足場にするのが良いのではないでしょうか。ビジネスでも問題ないと思います。ホテル内にコイン洗濯機があり、朝食もよく、部屋を含め清潔、安全な雰囲気でした。

We only stayed one night but it was good. Check in process was super quick and grounds were quiet during our stay. Location was good as well. Walmart and target were down the block in case you needed to get anything.

Hello MR Mathew,Thank you for your feedback we appreciate that you are telling us about your stay.Due a storm in the bay area there was indeed a power outage for 3 hours in the whole neighborhood and we apologize that.When you arrived you signed your check-in registration not an agreement because of the power outage we couldn't use the printer at that moment to print from the computer so we used a blank form which is the same form that every guest signs at check-in.We hope to see you again.Thanks againBest regards.

Nice lower price option to stay at
This hotel is a good location in Mountain View. A lot of shopping and eating options. Front lobby is nice and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Street noise was not great but other than than it is a nice place to stay

Good for the price
Great location. All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was always good and the coffee was plentiful and delicious. The reason I gave 4 stars to some items: my room was clearly smoked in, so an ozone machine might help; also the carpet needs to be replaced and a few corners need a bit more attention. Overall, I had a very nice experience.

The check in staff was great. Very friendly. Room was older, but not bad. Felt as if room was not cleaned well as you could feel stuff under your feet and a blonde hair in the sheets. Hopefully they had been washed or changed out. Breakfast was good. Room was warm and cozy.

It will suffice
Room was clean and had all that was needed. I would say add body wash if possible. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was just ok, but we did go late, so that could be why. Good choices though. When we checked in the guy at the front desk said it was ok to use the pool late, but when the kids tried to, we were told no. Don’t promise something and then not deliver. I wasn’t overly impressed, but it was sufficient
